At FashionCurb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Exchanges Only

  • We do not offer refunds or store credit. Instead, we offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, as long as they are still in their original packaging with the ticket attached.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fashioncurb@idacco.com.
  • To process your request, please provide the following:
    • A clear photo of the item showing the defect or error.
    • A clear photo of the packaging and the shipping label.
  • Once we receive your information, we will review it and determine if an exchange is appropriate. We may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was made on our part.

4. No Refund Policy

  • FashionCurb does not offer refunds on any purchases.
  • In exceptional cases, such as lost shipments due to carrier error, we may consider issuing store credit at our sole discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility & Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (size, color, quantity) are correct before completing the purchase.
  • FashionCurb is not liable for incorrect orders due to customer mistakes.
