- Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations & Availability
- Ships To: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or regions with carrier restrictions (e.g., remote areas).

7. Delays, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments
- Delays: Contact your carrier first. If unresolved, email us at fashioncurb@idacco.com.
- Lost Packages: Report after 15 days for investigation. Exchange is not guaranteed and evaluated case-by-case.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure accurate address details.
- Failed Deliveries: Fashion Curb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Issues: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos of the issue.
- Resolution: Claims are reviewed case-by-case. Fashion Curb does not accept returns but may offer an exchange.
